SWANZ RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

SWANZ OFFICIAL SITE RETURN POLICY

    • Applicable for official website purchases only.
    • Return/exchange are accepted within 7 days of your original purchase.(Please check your goods once you received them. If there is any defect, please contact us immediately within 7 days)
    • Swanz has the right to reject return/exchange after 7 days.
    • As for refund, it is only applicable for unused products returned in its original packaging box.
    • Swanz has the right to reject return and refund without original packaging box.
    • *All return/exchange for faulty items and non faulty items had to be done physically at our warehouse. (Please contact us at enquiry@swanzbrand.com and we will advise you in details)
    • For all faulty items, Swanz will do a one to one exchange.
    • For request of refunds with items not presenting quality issues or with quality issue, a $7 adminstrative charge will be imposed. Amount will be deducted from the total refunded amount.
    • *Customers are allowed to do an exchange for color and size within 7 days after the product has arrived.
    • For changing to a lower price product, the price difference will not be compensated (not with money or items)
    • For changing to higher price product, customer needs to pay for the price difference

*If customer is not able to physically drop by the warehouse to do the return/exchange, and there is a need for us to arrange courier to do the pick up and to send back the item, there will be a courier charge of $14.


RETURN PROCEDURE:

For items not presenting any quality issues (Only applicable to unused product):

  1. Fill up this Returns and Exchange Form.
  2. Successful applicant will be notified via email within 2-3 working days
  3. Successful applicant will be directed to physically return/exchange the product at this address: 11 Tampines Street 92, Tampines Biz Hub, #03-02-03, Singapore 528872. If there is a need for us to arrange courier to do the pick up and to send back the item, there will be a courier charge of $14.
  4. For request of refunds with items not presenting quality issues, a $7 administrative charge will be imposed. Amount will be deducted from the total refunded amount.
  5. Refund will be given once the product received in good condition and in its original packaging box.
  6. An email of refund verification would be sent out. Refund will take about 3-7 working days.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

  1. Return should be made after customer gets an email notification stating a successful refund application.
  2. Swanz has the right to reject return or refunds where application are not meeting terms and conditions stated above.


For items presenting any quality issues:

  1. Fill up this Returns and Exchange Form
  2. Indicate quality issue you are having in the message box
  3. Our Swanz Customer Service staff will contact you directly within 3-7 working days.
  4. All faulty items exchange had to be done physically at our warehouse located at 11 Tampines Street 92, Tampines Biz Hub, #03-02-03, Singapore 528872. If there is a need for us to arrange courier to do the pick up and to send back the item, there will be a courier charge of $14.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

1 to 1 exchange are accepted within 180 days of your original purchase strictly for several quality issues mentioned below:
  •  Lose of heat retention without any apparent reason for vacuum insulated products
  • Porcelain hair line crack (strictly not due to fall/negligence)
  • Please refer to the user guide for each individual products for a more details warranty coverage

Swanz has the right to reject return or refund where applications are not meeting the terms and condition stated above.

SWANZ RETAIL EXCHANGE POLICY

  • For Exchange/Return and Refunds for products purchased at retail stores, department stores or partnered merchants located in Singapore (Eg: Tangs, OG), please check directly with the respective stores on their Return and Refund policy.
