Our KOKORO series porcelain thermal flask is not designed for you to remove the porcelain interior. However, our trained personnel will be able to assist you with the porcelain interior replacement if the porcelain is broken. We have service centers located in Singapore, Taiwan, and China.

Please register the warranty within 10 days upon receiving the Kokoro flask on our website. (Failure to register for the warranty will deem the warranty void). The 180 days warranty starts after registration. It covers a one-time replacement of porcelain liner.

Option 1: Arrange your own courier or send the damaged vacuum flask to our service center located at 11 Tampines Street 92 #03-02/03 Singapore 528872 and thereafter can do self-collection. (Please drop an email to enquiry@swanzbrand.com to fix an appointment before sending or doing self-pickup)

Option 2: Pay for two way shipping cost of S$18 (our courier will collect it from your Singapore address and send it back to you)

​There will be a replacement fee of S$20 for the porcelain liner.

450ml Kokoro's height is 203mm with 80mm diameter and weighs 480g +/- 20g 550ml Kokoro's height is 253mm with 80mm diameter and weigh 640g +/- 20g 680ml Kokoro's height is 287mm with 80mm diameter and weigh 850g +/- 20g

Ryoko silicon lid has a diameter of 8cm to fit onto the bottle, while the diameter of the mouthpiece is 11mm making it wide enough for drinking and also able to fit most straws.

They are made of food-grade silicone, BPA-free, and is able to withstand a temperature of 150 degrees. (Same material as the baby pacifier)
